Web Bank Nepal is committed to fair, transparent dealings. All projects are governed by the following terms (full legal agreement available upon request):

1. Scope & Deliverables: Projects commence with a detailed proposal outlining timelines, milestones, and KPIs. Changes require mutual written approval via change order (additional fees apply at NPR 5,000/hour).
2. Payment Terms: 40% advance, 30% on milestone completion, 30% on final delivery. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. All payments via bank transfer or eSewa.
3. Intellectual Property: Client owns final deliverables upon full payment; we retain rights to reusable code/templates unless specified.
4. Confidentiality: NDAs protect sensitive information for 5 years post-project.
5. Warranty & Support: 3-month free bug fixes; extended support at NPR 10,000/month. We guarantee 99% uptime for hosting.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice; refunds prorated for undelivered work.
7. Liability: Limited to project fees; no consequential damages. Governed by Nepal’s Contract Act 2056.
8. Force Majeure: Delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters) excused.
